By brabhamm, Sun, 12/27/2020 - 11:57 Description Marshmallow Cream fudge Cooking time 2 hours Ingredients 3⁄4 c Butter (1 1/2 sticks) 3 c Sugar 2⁄3 c Evaporated milk 1 pk Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (12 oz) 1 cn Marshmallow Cream 1 c Chopped Nuts (Optional) 1 t Vanilla Instructions lightly Grease 9 x 13 pan with butter. Combine butter, sugar and milk in a sauce pan. Bring to boil on medium heat stirring constantly. Continue stirring to soft ball stage, remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add Vanilla and marshmallow cream, stir to combine. Add nuts if wanted. Pour into a greased pan Chill on the counter for a few hours or place in the fridge to expedite it.
